In your My Account portal, you can view all your purchases in the order in which you placed them. If you purchased an advertising product from Racehorse Planet, we will keep your order status updated ourselves. If you purchased a service or product from a vendor on our marketplace, you can check your order status in the same way. However, in this case, the vendor is responsible for fulfilling your orders and keeping their status updated.

To add a product to the Racehorse Planet marketplace, click the Add New + button at the top of each page or in the main menu on mobile devices.

An active user account is required to add any listings to our marketplace, so follow the steps to create and confirm your account if you have not yet created one. The step-by-step listing form will then appear to assist you in creating a complete, beautiful product listing in our marketplace.

If you have an issue with a purchase that you made on the Racehorse Planet website, you have two options:

  1. An Advertising Product: If you purchased an advertising product from Racehorse Planet, feel free to reach out to us via the contact form on this page to discuss a resolution. We are here to help and will work to make sure you are happy & satisfied.
  2. A Product/Horse/Service in the Marketplace: If you purchased a product, horse, or service through the Racehorse Planet marketplace, contact the vendor(s) you purchased from via their Store Listing. If you are unable to reach an agreement with the vendor(s) in question within 72 hours after you raise the issue with them, get in touch with us via the contact form on this page and we will contact the vendor on your behalf and take any further appropriate action.
